Abuja based human rights activist and lawyer of Nnamdi Kanu, Barrister Maxwell Opara has declared his intention to contest for the Federal House of Representatives seat in the Ahiazu/Ezinhitte Mbaise Federal Constituency under the NDC platform.

Igbo Mandate Congress Intelligence Report indicates that Okpara had abandoned Nnnamdi Kanu even before the Abuja Free Nnamdi Kanu Protest  of October 2025..

He met with Atiku Abubakar in September  2025 to help him secure a House of Rep ticket. under ADC .

He also engineered the purported sacking of Senator Ireti Kingibe, the first legislator to join the ADC coalition, from his Wuse Ward Executive, before the ADC leadership cautioned him and his co travellers .

With Peter Obi Abandoning Atiku in ADC, the IPOB lawyer has also abandoned the former Vice President and decamped to NDC 

Igbo Mandate Congress wishes Maxwell Opara well in his political ambition in the political environment that IPOB described as Zoo Politics .

Igbo Mandate Congress advises Ndigbo to vote Maxwell Opara in his Ahiazu Mbaise  Constituency, and also advises those deceived into hatred for Zoo Politics, to repent  and get their PVC and vote the candidate of their choice, either Tinubu, Atiku or Peter Obi
